Each new parcel meets the required minimum Lot Area and the required 75-foot width at the building restriction line. The approved surveys must be recorded as an addendum to any new deeds, and the future property owner(s) will be required to submit a copy of this approved survey along with any application for Building Permits. This property is within the RS-2 Zoning District, and any future development shall be subject to the RS-2 District requirements as well as other applicable Land Development Regulations.
