Correction Comments
Shade Trees: Section 24-172(c)(4) requires 2 shade trees to be located on the property as part of the Old Atlantic Beach Design Standards. One of the trees must be located within the
front yard. This is the area within 20 feet of the property line along Magnolia Street. The second tree can be located anywhere else on the lot. See Section 23-33(f)(f) for a list of
approved shade tree species.
Informational Comments
Right-of-Way Landscaping: The landscaping located within the right-of-way on David Street requires an approved right-of-way permit from the Public Works Department. The approval of this
permit for a new single family home does not grant permission to plant anything within the right-of-way.
