A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2 1 , 2017 at 6:00PM.

Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, to reduce the rear yard setback
from 20 feet as required by Section 24-106(e)(2) to 19 feet to allow an addition at Milbert
Homes S/D Lot 5 (aka 225 Sherry Drive).
