ORDER AFFIRMING THE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION COMP19-0002
BY THE CITY COMMISSION
This matter came to be heard upon the application of COMP19-0002 for an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of those lands
described in attached exhibit A from Residential Low (RL) to Commercial (CM); providing for conflict; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
Having duly considered the record documents transmitted to this Commission, as well as both testimonial and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing on April 22, 2019, the
City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach hereby,
FINDS AND DETERMINES:
That the Applicant requested an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED by the City Commission:
The approval of application COMP19-0002 is hereby AFFIRMED.
Affirmed by the City Commission on April 22, 2019.
