A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD on March 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
and by the CITY COMMISSION on April 8, 2019 and on April 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
in the Commission Chambers located at 800 Seminole Road.

Request for a rezoning of 51 Robert Street (RE# 172224-0010) and 0 Lewis Street (RE# 172223-0000) from Residential, General, Two-Family (RG) to Commercial, General (CG). Also, a request
for a Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment to change the future land use designation of 51 Robert Street (RE# 172224-0010), 0 Lewis Street (RE# 172223-0000), and 35 Robert Street (RE#
172224-0000) from Residential Medium Density (RM) to Commercial (CM).
