BY THE CITY COMMISSION
This matter came to be heard upon the application of REZN19-0001 for a map amendment to the zoning map for three parcels currently zoned as Residential, General (RG) to Commercial,
General (CG).
Having duly considered the record documents transmitted to this Commission, as well as both testimonial and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing on April 22, 2019, the
City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach hereby,
FINDS AND DETERMINES:
That the Applicant requested a zoning map amendment for three parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED by the City Commission:
The approval of application REZN19-0001 is hereby AFFIRMED.
Affirmed by the City Commission on April 22, 2019.
