Re: Face replacement of Comfort Inn sign located at 2401 Mayport Road
Dear Mr. Jordan:
The City of Atlantic Beach is unable to issue a Sign Permit for the full face replacement of the above referenced sign. The existing Comfort Inn Sign is non-conforming in that the maximum
height of a Freestanding Sign in the Commercial General Zoning District is eight (8) feet or ten (10) feet in the case that the property has 300 feet or more of street frontage. The
applicable regulations are enclosed and highlighted.
