Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, on June 25, 2007, approved your request to extend the previously approved Waiver from the City’s sign regulations to allow the
existing Comfort Inn sign, which is a nonconforming pylon sign, located at 2401 Mayport Road, to remain, subject to the following condition:
The existing Comfort Inn freestanding pylon sign shall be removed not later than December 31, 2010, and any replacement sign(s) shall conform to the City of Atlantic Beach sign regulations.
