Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, on November 13, 2006, approved your request for a Waiver from the City’s sign regulations to allow for the full face panel replacement
for the existing Comfort Inn sign, which is a nonconforming pylon sign, located at 2401 Mayport Road, subject to the following conditions:
This Sign Waiver is granted for a temporary time period, and shall expire July 01, 2007.
Prior to July 01, 2007, the applicant shall submit a report to the City Commission addressing how the existing sign will be brought into compliance with current sign regulations.
Please be advised that a Sign Permit is required for this face replacement, and you may contact me at 247-5826 with any questions.
