That permanent landscaping be installed consistent with 24-177(d). 10 Action to be Taken Recommend Approval Approval is consistent with the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. Approval is in compliance with the requirements of 24-63. The use is consistent with permitted uses in the Commercial General zoning district with respect to intensity of use, traffic impacts and compatibility with nearby uses.
