Treatment Plant Expansion. (C) = Meadors Construction Co. removal structure and master wetwell have been constructed. New transformer pad,
(C &I) =Gannett Fleming Engineering main electrical feed conduit and other conduit stub outs have been installed. New
Design -100% complete generator installed, load tested, and inspected by RESD. Painting of two additional
tanks approved by Commission on 10/25/99. Force main tie-in made on 11/10/99

Chlorine Contact Chamber bypassed on 11/30/99, has been inspected and will need
total sandblast and repaint on interior. Hightower Geotechnical completed

plans on 12/7/99. Staff reviewed for utility conflicts and sent comments to JTA.
