ORDER CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF USE -BY -EXCEPTION
The above referenced applicant requested a use -by -exception as permitted by Section 24-111(c)(5), to allow
a limited wholesale operation, not involving industrial products or processes of the manufacturing of
products of any kind within the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District at 1475 Main Street.
On March 13, 2017, a public hearing was held and said request was considered by the City of Atlantic
Beach City Commission. Having considered the application, supporting documents and comments by staff,
the applicant, and members of the public, the City Commission APPROVED the request with conditions,
finding the proposed development is consistent with the provisions of Section 24-111 (c)(5) of the Land
Development Regulations establishing ground for approval of a use -by -exception.
The conditions are as follows:
1. That there be no driveway access on Levy Road,
2. That the wholesale operation be limited to electric vehicles and associated parts and/or accessories,
and
3. That all product, including electric vehicles, be stored inside a fully enclosed building at all times,
except while actively loading or unloading trucks.
The undersigned certifies that the above Order of the City Commission is a true and correct
rendition of the Order adopted by said Commission as it appears in the record of the City
Commission minutes.
