Re: Violation of terms of Use-by-Exception (Use-by-Exception-2002-03)
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Witt:
I write to again remind you that your business appears to be in violation of the terms of the Use-by-Exception authorizing the location of your business at 1198 Mayport Road. Over the
past weeks, I have at numerous times observed a minimum of seven vehicles parked on the property that are related to your business. The number of vehicles allowed to be parked on the
on the site (associated with your business) is limited to a total of three customer vehicles and one business-owned vehicle.
Please be advised that all conditions related to approval of the Use-by-Exception must be fully complied with in order for the Use-by-Exception to remain valid. Failure to comply with
these conditions may result in immediate revocation of the Use-by-Exception and revocation of your Occupational License.
