Dear Ms. Doerr;
I applied for a variance to build an addition to my house in Atlantic Beach and was granted it in Mar of '05. I then applied for my permit from Florida DEP for the addition and it has
been granted. At the time of my application for the Atlantic Beach variance, I was told that I had 6 months to start the project but that my application to Florida DEP was considered
starting the project.
I am now in possession of my Florida DEP permit, valid for 3 years, and was wondering if there are any other steps I need to take before I apply for my construction permits from the
City of Atlantic Beach.
Sincerely,
Davis Fleming.
