In short, I recently sold the subject property to the current owner but have no present connection to or interest in same either as an owner or builder,and made no assurances (other than those standard warranties contained in the deed) express or implied in any regard. Additionally, the lawyer, Tim Franklin, who is representing the owner, does on-going legal work for me. Your advice on my involvement in this variance would be greatly appreciated.
