THIS INDENTURE, made this .2� day of April, 1996, by and between ROBERT D. BLOHM,
a single person, whose address is 1073 Beach Avenue, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233, conveying his
separately owned non -homestead property ("Grantor"), and BRYAN C. BARKER AND LEAH D.
BARKER, whose address is 620 Beach Avenue, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/ 100 Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and transferred to the said Grantee, its heirs, successors and
assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Duval, State of
Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 16, of Daniel and Hackett's Replat of Block 16, Atlantic Beach, According
to Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 35 of the Public Records of Duval County,
Florida.
Subject to covenants, restrictions and easements of record. Subject also to taxes for 1996 and
subsequent years.
And the said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
