Summary: The applicant is requesting to constmct a screen enclosure in their rear yard around a new pool and outdoor area. The screen enclosure would be 5 feet from their southern side property line and 7 feet 10 inches from their rear property line. The property is located in an area zoned Planned Unit Development CPUD) that has its own unique setback requirements. The proposed setbacks meet the requirements of the City for non-PUDs, but not the requirements of the PUD where screen enclosures are considered part of the house.
