Request: Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, for relief from the Section 24-88(b) requirement for adjoining townhouse dwelling units to be constructed of substantially
the same architectural style, colors, and materials in order to replace the siding on one side of the townhouse at the south 25 feet of Lot 670, Saltair Section Number 3 (aka 134 Pine
Street).
Summary: Request to replace triple 3 inch siding with hardi-board siding on one unit of a townhouse, while the other unit of the townhouse would remain the same. The City Code requires
adjoining townhouse units to be constructed of substantially the same architectural style, colors, and materials.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent
meeting to which the Commission has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need to insure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
