Notice is hereby given to all property owners within 300 feet of the address below, and as shown in the map below, that a Public Hearing regarding the case described in this notice will
be held by the identified governing body or bodies in Commission Chambers located at 800 Seminole Road on the provided date and time.

Request: Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, to increase the maximum length allowed for a privacy screen/wall and to decrease the required side yard setbacks for a
privacy screen /wall from 15 feet to 0 feet.
Summary: The applicant is requesting to keep an existing 6 foot fence that has 2 feet of privacy lattice attached to the top of it. The fence with lattice extends across the entirety
of the rear lot line as well as sections of each of the side lot lines. Section 24-157(d) limits privacy screens to 12 feet in length and requires that they meet applicable required
side yard setbacks, which in this case is a combined 15 feet.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent
meeting to which the Commission has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need to insure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
