PROJECT Property Location Map Item No(s): ZVAR18-0017 & ZVAR18-0019 Address(s): 31 Royal Palm Drive & 763 Atlantic Boulevard Applicant: RSNS, LLC & Handler Family Trust PUBLIC HEARING(S) Body: Community Development Board Date: November 20, 2018 Time: 6:00 PM Request: Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, to decrease the rear and side yard setbacks for an existing cooler at 31 Royal Palm as well as a request for a variance to decrease the rear and side yard setbacks for an existing building at 763 Atlantic Boulevard to accommodate both existing structures and allowing for a slight shift in property boundaries. Summary: The applicants are proposing to change the property line between the two lots in order to accommodate an existing cooler that was built partially on both properties years ago. The change to the property line will allow the cooler to be located entirely on the northern property. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Commission has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need to insure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
