zoned Commercial General (CG) and is designated Commercial (CM) on the
City's Future Land Use Map of the 2015 Comprehensive Plan.
The City's Comprehensive Plan is consistent with Chapter 163, F.S., and the
State Comprehensive Plan as prepared by the Florida Department of Community
Affairs. Further, there are no existing or anticipated changes to the
