Dear Mrs. and Mr. Drysdale:
This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, at their meeting on Monday, March 13, 2006 approved your request for a Waiver from Section 24-151 (b) ii of the Land Development
Regulations to allow play equipment within the required front yard within a residential Zoning District for your property located at 2051 Seminole Road, subject to the following condition:
Such approval shall remain in effect for a period not to exceed twelve (12) years.
