RE: Duplex lot Donner Road West – Stephen H. Mabry Ms. Doerr, I met with my attorney Ms. Lynda Aycock and City Attorney Alan Jensen, concerning the building of a duplex on my lots.
As you may recall, upon submitting my plans, it was brought to my attention that I did not have the required square footage to construct my duplex. I would like to sit down with you
and discuss what my options are as far as being able to build my duplex on this lot. I have had this property since 1989 and feel I should be grandfathered in or have some kind of
relief. They are currently building duplexes right down the street.
