I spoke briefly with Alan Jensen concerning my lots on Dutton Island Drive West. How I have had these lots since 1989 and that they are twice as large as any surrounding duplex lots. The area is predominantly duplex bordering on commercial property to the east. Mr. Jensen’s opinion to me was to go back and see you and that we should be able to remedy this problem from your office. My lots are 103x100. The surrounding duplex lots are 50x100. I will drop off a package with our previous correspondence along with a copy of the survey as you have requested. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.
