I have just approved this. He still has a few Public Works comments to address, but Utilities has approved, so once he addresses Rick's issues, permit will be issued. Can you get
the stuff that Lynda Aycock put together back to me for the file. I apparently did not make a copy, but might need that to address vesting if anyone questions it. Although doubt
anyone would. The lot is cleared with a load of trusses on it. It’s a real rat trap and looks like hell now, and that part of Dutton Island Road could sure use a few more new places.
