This letter serves to confirm that the City Commission, on March 27, 2006, approved your
application, on behalf of Pan Am Mini Storage, Inc., for a Waiver from the City's sign
regulations to allow for the full face replacement for the existing Pan Am Mini Storage sign,
which is a nonconforming pylon sign, located at 2383 Mayport Road, subject to the following
conditions:
• The face replacement insert shall be identical to the previously existing sign face, and
• this approval is granted to this owner for this business only.
