Dear Chuck:
The proposed 6-unit project (within three two-family dwelling structures) is consistent
with the RG-2 zoning and the Residential, High Density Comprehensive Plan land use
designations of the property. You have indicated that the intent is to develop the property
under a condominium form of ownership, which would not be considered as a division of
the property, and as such not subject to the current moratorium on lot divisions. I have
also enclosed a copy of Section 24-87 of the City's Land Development Regulations, as
these provisions will apply to the project.
