Both the old, and thus the new fence, are around a drainage easement on the east side of my lot. This requires your written permission prior to submission of the fence application to the City of Atlantic Beach. The new fence will be substantially shorter than the existing ("old") fence in the drainage easement. This will enclose my back yard for use by my children. There will be a large, double gated access to the back yard (large enough for heavy equipment) via the eastern front fence section facing the street (please see diagram on attached survey).
