This property is within the RS-1 Zoning District, and any future development shall be subject to the RS-1 District requirements as well as other applicable Land Development Regulations. Also, be aware that the platted 30-foot and 35-foot Building Restriction Lines (BRL) imposes a greater setback along the front of these lots than the zoning setback.
