CE 1044 Hibiscus 03232020 ComplaintHello Angela,
Our favorite tenants are at it again. 1044 Hibiscus Street looks like
an episode out of Hoarders or Sanford & Son. She has had "garage sales"
two weekends in a row (weekends of the 13th and 20th) now from Friday
through Monday and all of the junk remains out in the yard or driveway
in between "sales". There is constant furniture, tires, etc. left out
for the garbage men to collect every week and unfortunately the property
owner is unresponsive to requests for him to speak with his tenants.
Images are too large to attach so will send the others under separate
cover.
Anything you can do to assist is appreciated. I hate that I have to
bother you with this again but I suspect it is never going to go away.
