AGENDA ITEM: Report on landscaping of City of Jacksonville right-of--way at the north
end of Seminole Road at the Hannah Park fence.

BACKGROUND: Donald McDowell, Property Manager of 2400 Seminole Road, has
received approval from the City of Jacksonville to landscape the property located at the north end
of Seminole Road right-of--way at the Hannah Park fence, including the circular planter island.
This landscaping is a continuation of the landscaping installed at 2400 Seminole Road. Mr.
McDowell has incorporated City of Atlantic Beach staff comments into this landscaping plan.
Attached is a letter from Mr. McDowell stating that they intend to maintain the city right-of--way
and understands that this is an emergency evacuation route.
a RECOMMENDATION: No action necessary.
