1. Currently the F.F.E is shown as 7.5ft from the Plot Plan on Page A-0.This would be incorrect. I will attached the guidelines for figuring F.F.E. with this
review.
2. The Top of Bottom floor on the Elevation Certificate would also be incorrect at 7.5ft. Correct and resubmit the Elevation Certificate.
3. Please submit the Florida Product Approval Information Sheets for this project.
4. Please submit the Structural Engineering Drawings for this project. When resubmitting the engineer ’s drawings you will have to resubmit the building
permit application as the engineer’s name and contact information is required on the application.
5. Please submit the engineered truss package. When doing so please submit a letter from the EOR that he approves the truss drawings for his/her
building design or the EOR can apply their shop stamp on the cover page for the truss engineering.
6. I will also be attaching a word document that you might already have that was generated from Dan Arlington at an earlier date.
