TREE REMOVAL PERMIT APPROVAL & MITIGATION REVIEW
At the direction of the Atlantic Beach Tree Conservation Board, a Tree Removal Permit for the
above listed property is being issued for the following.
From the interior zone: 1-10” Palm, 1-13” Palm, and 1-13” Red Bay, none of which
require mitigation; also, 1-22” Magnolia and 1-39” Live Oak, for a total of 61”, to be
mitigated by 30.5” of Oaks and/or Hardwoods.
No trees are proposed for removal from the exterior zone at this time.
There are numerous other trees on the property that would qualify to serve as mitigation.
The owners may so designate the appropriate number of existing trees. Submittal of a
landscape plan, demonstrating new and/or existing Oaks and/or Hardwoods for mitigation
purposes, is requested within six (6) months of issue of this permit
