RE: Development of property on Dora Rd.
Please accept this letter as notification of our intent to underbrush and clear the
land for the purpose of topographical and tree survey and extensive geotechnical
soils investigation.
Per our preliminary development meeting last month we were told that
underbrushing and clearing of the lot did not require a permit as long as no trees
were removed. If this information is incorrect we will be happy to obtain any
necessary permit for this work.
Our intent is to simply bush hog and rake out weeds, bushes and bamboo in order
to furthers assess the property, boundaries, ditch, accessibility and evaluate the
land to develop the most pleasing and best use of the property.
Attached is our current development concept based on our goals for this project.
Complete development plans will be submitted in upcoming weeks, following the
necessary survey and geotechnical work.
