I am writing to inform you that the Tree Conservation Board has deferred review of your application
for a tree removal permit due to an incomplete and/or inaccurate application. Specifically, Exhibit D
or Exhibit G is required as described in the application instructions (item 5.a), with scaled dimensions;
location of existing and proposed structures, utilities, setbacks and easements; location, species and
size of tree(s) proposed for removal. Oversize (24" x 36") plans are not required; rather 11" x 17" are
sufficient. Additionally, Exhibit H, approval of the Oceanwalk HOA/Architectural Review Committee is
required.
Enclosed is a copy of the previously submitted application, for reference, and a blank copy of the tree
removal permit application, which is also available on the city's website at
http://www.coab.us/DocumentView.asp?DID=1398. Below is a schedule for upcoming Tree
Conservation Board meetings and submittal deadlines.
