SHINGLES OR MODIFIED BITUMEN MEMBRANE PER SPECIFICATIONS, AND ALL REQUIRED FLASHINGS AND
ACCESSORIES.
SHINGLES AND MEMBRANES SHALL BE SECURED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS

ROOF DECK SHALL BE 3/4" AMERICAN PLYWOOD ASSOCIATION (APA) APPROVED ROOF DECKING. ROOF DECK SHALL
BE SECURED TO STRUCTURE AS INDICATED IN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS OR WITH 2" STAINLESS STEEL
SCREWS AT 24" O.C. EACH WAY.
ROOF UNDERLAYMENT SHALL BE SELF-ADHERING ROOFING MEMBRANE INSTALLED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND BEST INDUSTRY PRACTICES.
ALL METAL FLASHINGS, WHERE REQUIRED BY ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS, ROOFING MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS,
AND BEST INDUSTRY PRACTICES, SHALL BE MIN. 16 OZ. LEAD-COATED COPPER.
ALL COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES FOR ROOF SHINGLES SHALL BE USED FOR A COMPLETE INSTALLATION. COMPLY
WITH ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS, MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS, AND BEST INDUSTRY PRACTICES.
ALL CHIMNEYS SHALL HAVE RAIN CAPS SECURED TO CHIMNEY PER ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS OR MANUFACTURER'S
