In accordance with Section 24-47 (h) of the Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, which authorizes the Community Development Director to grant minor variances provided
the reduction in such standard does not exceed five (5) percent of the established standard, your request for such a Variance is granted to reduce the Required Front and Rear Yard setbacks
on your lot to nineteen (19) feet.
