intended only for the temporary storage of personal household belongings of occupants of the property may
be placed on the property for a period not to exceed four(4)days or ninety-six(96)hours. Registration with the
Community Development Director shall be required for each such use of any temporary storage structures.
NATURE OF VIOLATION: A green shipping container was observed in the rear yard of your home.
Temporary storage structures are permitted for a period not to exceed 4 days and require registration with the
Community Development Director. No such registration was found on file for your property.
This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing the unregistered container within
ten (10)days of the receipt of this notice.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in
this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty
dollars ($250.00) per day. Upon completion of the action required, it is your responsibility to contact me and
