ZVAR19-0002 Site Context and Detail Residential Single Family (RS-2) Zoning Lot is 75 feet wide by 100 feet deep Existing home built in 1976 Proposed Plan Request to construct an open porch over an existing concrete pad on the back of the house. Porch would be 13 feet from rear lot line and extend 10 feet from the existing house.
