List of October Events: The following is a list of events that will be held in the month of
October:
10/21/00 Fall Festival at Donner Park
Time: 1:00-S:OOpm
The festival will be sponsored by several churches in the azea and will
include food, Halloween candy, gospel music and a softball
tournament.
10/29/00 Free Tennis Caznival at Russell Pazk
Time: 1:00-3:OOpm
Sandra Phillips will sponsor a free Tennis Carnival for adults and juniors.
A pair of Oakley sunglasses and a Wilson tennis racket will be awazded as
prizes.
10/29/00 Concert in the Pazk at Russell Pazk
Time: 3:00-S:OOpm
The Cultural Arts Boazd will sponsor a Concert in the Park featuring
fiddler William Hendry. Scarecrow making will also be available.
10/31/00 Halloween Activities at the Adele Grage Community Center
Time: 7:30-9:OOpm
Activities will include Halloween safety tips, Halloween candy and bag
giveaway and a Halloween show with a slime table.
