The following aze responses to questions and requests for additional information that were made
in recent City Commission meetings.
Zoning Survey of Old Atlantic Beach/RGl Area: Surveys were sent to 238 property owners
in the large RG-1 zoning area of Old Atlantic Beach on October 26s': A total of 109 have been
received completed to date with results as follows;
1) Do you believe that the chazader of your neighborhood will be changed by additional Duplex
constmction?

Handrails/Painting of Parking Saaces at Bull Park; At the last Commission meeting, a citizen
asked that the pazking places around Bull Park be properly striped and that a handrail be added to
the amphitheater to make it easier for people to climb to the top. The pazking places have now
been properly striped, and the original azchitect for the pazk renovation has submitted a drawing
to the City for the addition of a handrail and steps. The contractor that did the Bull Pazk work
has been asked to provide a price estimate to retrofit the amphitheater with a handrail and steps.
A decision as to whether or not to do the work will be made after the price is received. Attached
for your information is a copy of the proposed design.
