These standards are set forth in the International Property Maintenance Code and the Florida Building Code and were adopted as part of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances in Chapter 6,Article II, Section 6-16. The City of Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances: VIOLATION CODE: Chapter 24. Land Development Regulations. Section 24-112 Commercial general district (b)Permitted Uses & Section 24-175 (f)Outside Storage Regulations NATURE OF VIOLATION: Multiple recreational vehicles are stored on your Commercial General(CG)zoned property in violation of the permitted uses for CG zoned properties. Any approved outside storage shall be within an area screened from view with fencing and landscaping so that no significant portion is visible from the street or adjoining properties. This property has not been approved for outside storage and the existing unauthorized RV's do not meet the screening requirements. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by removing the recreational vehicles from the property within ten(10)days of the receipt of this notice.
