TO: The City of Atlantic Beach :
My name is Marcia Latimer and I live at 137, 14th Street; Atlantic Beach,
I am a neighbor of Steve and Paula Rosenbloom and I have seen their plans
to remodel their home - and believe they will continue to improve the
neighborhood. In fact, when Steve and Paula bought their home it was
the neighborhood eyesore. . .they immediately began major renovations and
soon turned the neighborhood eyesore into a very beautiful home,
Steve and Paula spearheaded the neighborhood effort to improve the 14th
Street beach access - they continue to maintain it at their own expense,
I am sure that everyone in our neighborhood will agree that we have the
most beautiful beach access path in Atlantic Beach.
I certainly hope you will approve the Rosenbloods plans ,
