Reference: Screen porch - Lot 14
To whom it may concern:
I am the next-door neighbor that could be most effected by
the screen porch and deck remodeling plan on lot 14 ,
approved April 17 , 1992 by the Oceanwalk ARC. I had a
discussion with the owner, Mr. Jim Wang, last Saturday
evening.
He asked that I review the site plan and respond in writing
to my feelings . As I told Jim, I see no problem with a
roof extension over the deck, staying with-in the
parameters of the current existing deck.
I am also of the understanding that nothing, such as more
deck area, will protrude beyond that point at any future
date.
The plans look good and I 'm sure the new deck and porch
will enhance the area .
