person responsible for the application and written proof that said
representative has the delegated authority to represent the
corporation or other business entity, or in lieu thereof, written
proof that the person is, in fact, an officer of the corporation;

This parcel of land is one of three parcels that make up the land
that is part of Beaches Mini Storage , 310 Mayport Road . This 2arcel
has always been commercial and in conjunction with the operation
of the mini storage . This parcel is contiguous with the existing
mini warehouse . This land was purchased with the knowledge of
commercial zoning .
