The reason variance is being sought:
A FINISHED GROUND FLOOR ELEVATION OF 14 FEET WOULD PREVENT OUR HOME
FROM BEING FLOODED. ADHERENCE TO 35 FOOT HEIGHT LIMIT FROM PROPOSED
GROUND FLOOR ELEVATION WOULD BE IN KEEPING WITH EXISTING HOMES IN AREA.
