To the members of the zoning board;
I , Clyde Asbury who resides at 545 Seaspray Ave. in
Atlantic Beach request the zoning board to extend the
priveledge of keeping my motorhome where it has been for
the past four years .
I am handicapped and moving it from a storage facility
everyday to work on it would be to hard on me besides being
very expensive. I keep myself busy by working on it keeping
it in top shape and cleaning and waxing it. It keeps me
active and has helped me to keep my muscles excercised.
The generator must be run at least land 1/2 hours
every month and also it must be allowed to air out a minimum
of every two days . It takes at least one full day to get it
ready for a trip and 24 hours to have the refrigerator
cold.
It is parked 10 feet from the top of the curb which is
the grass line. There is no room on either side of our house
to park it or I would park it there. None of my neighbors'
have ever complained and have said that it is kept up
neatly and does not interfere with them at all .
Please consider allowing me to keep my motorhome
parked in my yard in its current place. Thank you for
