Mr. McCauley:
Included with the variance application you will find
copies of the necessary information to further illustrate
Dr . Pietrasiuk' s unique situation regarding his building
restriction setback . It is Dr . Pietrasiuk ' s belief , that due
to the following conditions , his application for a variance
of his right side building restriction line should be
granted.
1 . ) Regarding the right side B. R.L. . Due to the
preservation of a large oak tree in the rear yard, the home
was originally sited to within 6 ' of the right side lot line .
