Dear Board Members ,
During the July board meeting you are scheduled to take up
the matter of rezoning the property at 331 Ahern St . , to allow
Eugene and Marie Davis to conduct a Real Estate business . I am
currently the owner of the above property, but I will not be able
to attend the meeting since I will not be in town on that date.
I do, however , approve of their request for rezoning . I also
allow that they can represent me at that meeting . It is my
understanding that the rezoning is valid only for them.
