To whom it may concern,
In relation to the fence being built between our properties, I have no
problem with your decision. Any construction done on your property is
absolutely your right. Please ,note, the survey I have included and
understand I am using it to determine our boundaries. I am not a surveyor
and have made an amateur's attempt at measurements. That being said,
must dispute what you feel is the property line.
Please, consider this just a simple notification that I have contacted
the survey company on the site map and requested their expertise. My
hope is that you are correct and will not have to alter your current
installment. But, I am only doing my due diligence.
